A number of reviews completed during my tenure at Forge Press, both in editorial and non-editorial positions. As a contributor I often worked on a brief provided by the editorial team, however once I started in my role as an editor I often reached out to the Music section with my own ideas and organised Press Passes personally. In this instance I was able to utilise connections with Sheffield that I had formed through my freelance DJ work. These connections are still in place and I'm informed still utilised for more dance-music / rave centric features in the newspaper.
